个人简介:

黄燕燕,女,现任港澳宝典-港澳宝典app 食品科学与工程系教师。2018年1月毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,获博士学位。2018年3月至2019年3月在江南大学生物与工程学院任教,2019年6月作为高层次人才被南京林业大学引进,主要从事仿生纳米材料的构建及其在食品检测、食品保鲜等领域的应用研究。已发表SCI一作/通讯论文22篇,包括Chem Rev、Angew Chem Int Ed、Nano Today、Food Chem、Talanta、Chem Commun、Nanoscale等,总影响因子>160,累计引用>3000。主持江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项,南京林业大学高层次人才引进科研基金1项,2022年获得吉林省自然科学奖一等奖。
